Sites and site IDs — managing multiple websites under one account

One 247ch.at account can run any number of sites. Each site has its own widget, operators, AI prompt, and transcript history.

Adding a site

From the dashboard, click + New site, give it a name ("Acme Bikes", "Acme Bikes EU"), and you get a fresh site ID.

The site ID

It looks like s_8aA2bC3dE4f. You paste it into the widget embed as data-site="s_8aA2bC3dE4f". The ID is not secret — it is meant to be embedded in HTML. What is secret is your API key (under Developer settings).

Per-site billing

AI usage rolls up across all sites under your plan, so a Pro account's 2,500 monthly replies are shared. Operator seats and transcript storage are per-account, not per-site.
