Refunds, cancellations, and billing edge cases

Cancel

Dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription. You keep access through the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refund for time used.

Refund window

If you cancel within 7 days of the initial Pro subscription, we refund the full month. After 7 days, we don't issue refunds on the monthly fee.

Top-ups

AI top-up bundles are non-refundable once any replies from that bundle have been used. If a bundle is completely unused, email support@247ch.at within 30 days for a refund.

Failed card

If a renewal charge fails, your account goes into a 5-day grace period during which AI auto-reply is paused but transcripts and the dashboard stay accessible. Add a new payment method to resume.

VAT and taxes

Invoices include any applicable tax. Update your tax ID on the Billing page if you need it on receipts.
