Privacy: what we store, what we don't, how to wipe a conversation
What we store
- The visitor's IP address (hashed) and rough country, for spam-blocking.
- The full text of every message, indefinitely, unless you delete it.
- Any name/email/phone the visitor voluntarily types into the chat.
What we don't store
- We do not set cookies on visitors that survive their session.
- We do not sell or share transcripts with third parties.
- We do not train any AI model on your transcripts. AI replies use the model's general training plus your starter prompt only.
Wipe a single conversation
Dashboard → Transcripts → open the conversation → Delete. Gone in seconds; the visitor's side just shows "Conversation ended."
Wipe everything
Dashboard → Settings → Delete all transcripts. Two-step confirmation. Irreversible.
GDPR requests
If a visitor emails you a right-to-erasure request, search transcripts by their email or name and delete those conversations. If you can't find them, forward the request to support@247ch.at — we'll help.
