Operator desktop app — install and sign in

The operator app is a small native client that lets you handle chats without keeping a browser tab open.

Install (Windows)

1. Sign in at https://247ch.at/dashboard.php.
2. Click Download operator app in the top-right.
3. Run the 247chat-Setup.exe installer.
4. Launch — it pinned to your taskbar.

Sign in

On first launch, click Sign in with Google. Your browser opens, you confirm, and the app picks up the token. You stay signed in across restarts.

Notifications

Windows Action Center toasts appear for every new visitor message. Click a toast to jump straight into that conversation. If you don't see notifications, check Settings → Notifications → 247chat is On.

Updates

The app checks for updates on launch and applies them silently. If you're stuck on an old build, quit fully (right-click tray icon → Quit) and re-launch.
