Mobile: widget on iOS and Android

The visitor-facing widget is fully responsive and works on every mobile browser we've tested.

Tested

iOS Safari 16+ (the most common iPhone browser).
Android Chrome 110+.
Samsung Internet on Galaxy devices.
Firefox on Android.

Known quirks

On iOS, the chat panel attaches to the viewport, not the page. If a site uses 100vh for hero sections, the bubble may overlap the bottom of the hero on first load. Reload or set data-position="bottom-left".
On Android with a hardware keyboard, hitting Enter sends — same as desktop. Shift+Enter inserts a newline.

Operator app on mobile

Not currently supported. The operator app is desktop-only (Windows, with macOS in beta). For mobile operator coverage, use dashboard.php in a phone browser — it's responsive, just slower than the native app.
