What happens at 100% AI usage — top-up vs upgrade

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI auto-replies (Free = 50, Pro = 2,500). When you hit 100% the behavior depends on your settings.

Default behavior

The widget keeps working, but AI auto-reply stops. Visitors see your out-of-office message instead. If a human operator is online, conversations continue normally — operator messages do not count against AI usage.

Top-up

Buy a one-time bundle from your dashboard. Bundles do not auto-renew and do not rebill. You can buy as many as you want in a month.

500 replies — $7
2,500 replies — $25
10,000 replies — $80

Upgrade

If you hit 100% two months in a row, upgrading to a higher plan is cheaper than top-ups. Upgrades pro-rate against the current cycle and take effect immediately.
